DELANO CONGRESSIONAL GOLD MEDAL AWARD PROJECT

Delano FANHS in collaboration with the Filipino Veteran Recognition Education Project (FilVetREP) sponsored a Ceremony to support our Filipino veterans who we honored with a replica of the Congressional Gold Medal (CGM) for their service and sacrifice during World War II. The Filipino Veterans of World War II Congressional Gold Medal Act of 2015 was passed on November 30th, 2016, and then signed into law by President Obama on December 14, 2016.
